Definition: Definition: Public Service ABB is a Business Service that enables the implementation of a Public Administration business capability. It is a generalisation of the EIRA [Digital Public Service] ABB. In the KU Leuven Public Administration Architecture Framework (PAAF), a Public Service always contains non-digital elements. Even if the service is delivered digitally, there will always be the possibility to contact the [Focal Public Administration] face to face, or by phone, or written, and part of the service will be handled by work executed by the [Focal Public Administration] staff. Public Service therefore aggregates the EIRA Digital Public Service ABB.
